How your money moves
Every account gets its own deposit address on each network. Vantabet's servers only hold public keys: they can see deposits arrive but can't move them, so a breach of the website can't empty anyone's address. Deposits are credited after the confirmations shown on the deposit screen, converted at the market price at that moment, and the price used is recorded with the transaction.
Withdrawals reserve the amount and network fee straight away. Each payout is reviewed and sent from our own wallet, and the transaction id is added to your withdrawal so you can follow it on a block explorer. If a payout can't be sent, the full amount goes back to your balance.
Services and their status
Games, RTP and randomness
The Originals and table games run on Vantabet's own engine. Their theoretical RTP is calculated exactly from the rules and checked by simulation; it's a long-run average, not a prediction for any session.
Outcomes are drawn on the server with the operating system's cryptographic random generator and settled before any animation plays, so animation can never change a result. The generator hasn't yet been certified by an independent test lab.
Terms in brief
- You must be 18 or older and of legal gambling age where you live, and it must be legal for you to play there.
- One account per person. Your balance is yours: there are no hidden withdrawal conditions beyond any opt-in bonus terms you accept.
- Crypto transfers can't be reversed. Deposits sent on the wrong network or below the minimum may not be recoverable.
- Limits you lower apply immediately; raising or removing them waits 24 hours. Timeouts and self-exclusion can't be ended early.
